Prior to moving in, arrangements should be made with the following checked utilities to begin service on the lease start date. Some utilities may require a deposit. If there are ever any questions or problems please contact us sooner rather than later. We provide this checklist to help you simplify the process. Upon giving proper notice to vacate the residence, all of the checked utilities should be contacted and final reading date should be set up for the last day of your tenancy. Security/cleaning deposits will not be released until all final bills associated with this property have been paid.
