Prior to moving in, arrangements should be made with the appropriate utilities to begin service on the lease start date.  Some utilities may require a deposit.  If there are ever any questions or problems, please contact us sooner than later.  Upon giving proper notice to vacate the residence, the same utilities should be contacted and final reading date should be set up for the last day of your tenancy.
